  • That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived by the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary; that Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead; that He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the intercessor for us. (Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14, 9:6; Matthew 1:18-23; Luke 1:30-35, 2:21)
  • That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and that repentance is commanded of God for all and is necessary for forgiveness of sins. (Romans 10:9-10; Hebrews 9:22, 10:4)
  • That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. (I Corinthians 6:11; Galatians 2:20)
  • In sanctification subsequent to the birth, through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost. (I Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Hebrews 10:10)
  • Holiness is God’s standard of living for His people. (I Peter 1:15-16; I Corinthians 6:19-20)
  • In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life, and that the baptism in the Holy Spirit releases the fullness of the Spirit as is evidenced by speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and that gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to each Spirit filled believer as the Spirit wills. (Mark 16:17; Luke 11:9-13, 24:49; Acts 1:8, 2:1-4, 8:12, 14-17, 9:17, 10:44-47, 19:1-6; I Corinthians 12:1-31, 14:1-4, 14-15, 18, 39-40)
  • In water baptism by immersion, and that all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 8:35-39, 10:47-48; Romans 6:4)
  • That the Redemptive Work of Christ on the Cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer (Also called the Atonement through Christ). (Psalm 103:2-3; Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; Mark 16:17-18; I Peter 2:24; James 5:14-15)
  • In the Lord’s Supper. (I Corinthians 11:17-34)
  • In the Pre-millennial second coming of Jesus: first to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air; second, to reign on the earth one thousand years. (Zechariah 14:5-17; Revelation 20:1-10; Psalm 72:8-14)
  • In the bodily resurrection, eternal life to the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked. (John 5:25-29; Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 20:10-15, 21:1-8)
